The Happiness score is an Empathetic Intelligence (EI) approach to understand how you and the team you work with feel about the current work environment.

It is made up of 10 vital metrics and the questions are designed to allow the test taker to be honest and think about their answer.

In the new app, you will gain a valuable visible result on your dashboard either visible or anonymous allowing the team to be truthful in their submissions.

You can choose to set the frequency of the score too. Tema app recommends each month to measure progress.

You will have the opportunity to provide ratings for both yourself and how you feel, as well as ratings for your overall team.

Please answer as open and honestly as possible to effect real change. Personal ratings are confidential, only overall scores are visible.

The Happiness Rating is designed to determine your general feeling of feeling happy within the work environment.

Score 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest)

2/10: The Trust Rating

The Trust Rating is all about trustworthiness. It is to determine whether there is a high level or a low level of trust for you and the overall team.

3/10: The Communication Rating

The Communication Rating is all about communicating clearly. It is to determine whether you feel the general communication is at a high level or a low level for you and the overall team.

4/10: The Impact Rating

The Impact Rating is all about meaning and fulfilment. It is to determine whether you believe you and the team around you work towards a clear and impactful goal and/or mission.

5/10: The Empowerment Rating

The Empowerment Rating is all about ownership and autonomy. It is to determine whether you feel you have autonomy to conduct your role or do you feel you are micro managed?

6/10: The Compensation Rating

The Compensation Rating is all about earning your worth. It is to determine whether you feel you are fairly compensated for the work you do and whether the team are fairly compensated too.

7/10: The Support Rating

The Support Rating is all about feeling supported. It is to determine if further measures are needed in order for you to feel safe and supported in your work environment.

8/10: The Culture Rating

The Culture Rating is all about a culture fit. It is to determine if the team has a strong company culture to follow? Culture is crucial to measure how one behaves when no one is watching.

9/10: The Collaboration Rating

The Collaboration Rating is all about working together. It is determined by the sense that you contribute well towards the team or you feel the team does not work well together on projects.

10/10: The Momentum Rating

The Momentum Rating is all about cadence. It is to determine whether you are leading the pack, or whether the team around you are stagnant?
